I've started trying to walk everyday especially during worktime because I am a lazy lump. I saw this Staples truck and I thought it was hysterical. I looked a bit strange I am sure laughing outloud while walking by myself. It is the little things in life!

I too have been on a weight loss journey. Have you read the book "The Fat Flush Plan" by Ann Louise Gittleman? It is worth the read!
